Official rules for "Choose Mom's Signature Style":
SIGNATURE STYLE FACEBOOK CONTEST RULES
1. Any Ontario resident 18 years of age or over is eligible to win, except the employees and immediate families of Avison Young, Woodbine Centre and Fantasy Fair, or its affiliates, partners and sponsors, Woodbine Centre tenants, employees, advertising agency and consultants, and other sponsors.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. By entering the “Signature Style” Facebook Contest, the entrant hereby agrees and consents to the terms and conditions ofthis contest.
4. The contest period is from May1 – May 22, 2015.
5. To enter the Signature Style contest, the entrant must: Visit Woodbine Centre Facebook page (www.facebook.com/woodbinecentre) from May 1 – May 22, 2015, select one of the three styles and enter a valid email address.
6. Only one entry per email account will be allowed.
7. On Monday May 25th, three winners will be randomly selected out of all the entries received.
8. Prizes are:
8a. First Prize: An (up to) three (3) hour fashion, style and image consult with the Woodbine Shopping Centre style advisor including consultation, hair styling, and shopping for a complete outfit Prize value is $500.
8b. Second Prize: A $250 Woodbine Centre gift card.
8c. Third Prize: A Fiori “Vogue Collection” ladies’ watch compliments of Arain Jewellers.
9. An entrant is eligible to win only one out of the three prizes.
10. All winners will be contacted via email.
11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions. Prizes may not be sold or bartered.
13. Woodbine Centre reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prizes for prizes of equal or greater value if the Prizes as described cannot be awarded for any reason.
14. Woodbine Centre reserves the right to disqualify an entrant of the contest at any time should they not fulfil any requirements of the contest.
15. Proof of identification must beprovided upon request. In order to be declared a winner, the potential winner must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. Before being awarded the prize, the potential winner will be required to sign a Contest Release Form. Winner shall authorize the release of their name and photograph for advertising and publicity relating to the contest, in perpetuity.
