On-line Entry: To enter the STIHL 2015 Click to Win A Big Green Egg® (“Contest”), sponsored by STIHL Limited (“Sponsor”), you will need to:
Enter via the Internet by going on-line to www.stihlclub.ca (“Contest Website”) and follow the link to the contest registration. To be eligible to win, complete the entry form on the Contest Website by filling in your name, mailing address with postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and selecting which FREE e-newsletter you would like to receive. Then submit the entry form by clicking on the “STIHL Click to Win” button. Contest begins on Thursday, January 15th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time “ET” and ends 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday, December 28th, 2015 (the “Contest Period”).
Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Contest. On-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday, December 28th, 2015.
Entries become the property of STIHL Limited (“Sponsor”). No responsibility for contest entries that are delayed, lost, destroyed, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected will be accepted by the Sponsor.
Limit of one (1) entry per valid person.
2. PRIZES
There will be one (1) prize package available to be won each month, for twelve (12) months (refer to section 3). Each monthly prize consists of a $932.19 CDN (MSRP) Big Green Egg® Prize Pack and a $50.00 CDN (MSRP) Johnsonville® Prize Pack.
Each monthly prize package will include:
1 (one) MiniMax™ Big Green Egg®
1 (one) Carrier
1 (one) Ash tool
1 (one) Grill gripper
1 (one) MiniMax™ convEGGtor™ cooking plate
1 (one) box of starter
1 (one) ten pound bag of charcoal
10 (ten) coupons for Johnsonville® products that can be used to redeem any Johnsonville® product
There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The grand prize draw will take place on Wednesday, January 6th, 2016. The grand prize consists of a $3,763.94 CDN (MSRP) Big Green Egg® Prize Pack and a $50.00 CDN (MSRP) Johnsonville® Prize Pack.
The grand prize package will include:
1 (one) XL Big Green Egg® in a custom Mahogany Table
1 (one) Table nest

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $15,600.22 CAD (MSRP).
The odds of winning a monthly prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received by the monthly contest closing dates. See below for specific draw dates.
The odds of winning the grand prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) Monday, December 28th, 2015 the contest closing dates.
The winner, will be required to personally take delivery of the Big Green Egg® from a STIHL Dealer within Canada reasonably close to the winner's home as designated by STIHL Canada within 3 months of the day of the draw, in which they won.
Big Green Egg® at its discretion may substitute another Big Green Egg® of the same or like model and style in the event of lack of Big Green Egg® availability due to limited production or any other reason.
Any and all additional costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including, but not limited to, lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by the winner and/or their agent in claiming, accepting and/or using their prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The twelve (12) Monthly Prizes and the One (1) Grand Prize must be accepted as described in these Rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another Prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, except at the absolute discretion of the Sponsor, who may elect to substitute the Prize for its Cash Value or another prize of equal value if the Prize is unavailable or if for some reason the physical act of awarding it to the Winner is overly burdensome to Sponsor, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these Rules.
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZE CLAIMS
MONTHLY PRIZE:
A computerized random draw will take place in London, ON, at or about 10:00 a.m. (ET) on the dates specified below, from the total eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) the day prior to each draw date, including all entries from any previous draw. Entries must be entered before 11:59 (ET) the day before each draw date, with the exception of the final draw taking place on or about Wednesday, January 6th, 2016 for which all entries must be received before 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday, December 28th, 2015.

GRAND PRIZE:
A computerized random draw will take place in London, ON, at or about 10:00 a.m. (ET) on Wednesday, January 6th, 2016, from the total eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday, December 28th, 2015.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each Prize shall be awarded to the entrant whose name was randomly selected from all entries. The selected entrant will be notified by e-mail or telephone if he/she is eligible to win a Prize. Before being declared a Prize Winner, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise, to be administered at a mutually convenient time by telephone. The selected entrant will also be required to sign and return, within the time stipulated in the documents, a Declaration of Compliance with these Official Rules and a Liability and Publicity Release (collectively, the “Declaration and Release”) before being declared the winner. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within ten (10) business days of the date of the prize drawing, fails to submit the completed Declaration and Release within fourteen (14) days, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time allotted, Sponsor or its third party service provider shall conclude that the selected entrant has forfeited his/her Prize, which may then be awarded to an alternate eligible entrant at the Sponsor’s discretion. Return of any Prize or Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate eligible entrant.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada that have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees of STIHL Limited and persons with whom they are domiciled, or a family member of an employee or persons residing with a family member (defined as biological, step or adoptive mother, father, daughter, son, sister, brother or spouse) of an employee, of the Contest Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies and the Contest administration organization, or any of their affiliated or associated companies and employees of participating dealers, and potential prize winners will have to state in the Declaration and Release their address, occupation and name of their employer to confirm they are not a person excluded from eligibility to enter. This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. All decisions of the Sponsor and the independent Contest administration organization are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, and the Contest Sponsor and Contest administration organization shall not be held responsible for any accident, negligence, printing, administrative or other errors that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. In the event of a dispute regarding submission of an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate this Contest in whole or in part, at any time without notice and with no obligation or liability, subject to applicable law and the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) with respect to the province of Quebec.
Entries attempted by methods other than those described in these Official Rules shall be deemed void. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. |
