“Lavazza” CONTEST
Contest Rules
1. The “Lavazza” Contest is held by Keurig Canada Inc. (the ‘Contest
Organizers’). It runs online from May 12, 2015 at 12:00 PM (EDT) to June 12,
2015 at 11:59 PM (EDT) (the ‘Contest Period’).
ELIGIBILITY
2. The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of
majority in their province or territory of residence as of May 12, 2015.
Employees, agents, mandataries and representatives of the Contest
Organizers, of any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled
by or affiliated to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of
prizes, material and services related to this Contest, as well as members of
their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, fathers, mothers), their
legal, defacto or commonlaw spouses and any individual with whom such
employees, representatives or agents are domiciled are not eligible. To enter
the Contest, cookies must be accepted.
CONTEST DURATION
3. The contest starts from May 12, 2015 at 12:00 PM and ends June 12, 2015 at
11:59 PM at 23h59, Eastern Standard time
HOW TO ENTER

4. To enter, proceed as follows:
4.1 From May 12 to June 12, 2015:
Visit the Contest Website at “lavazza.keurigcontest.ca” (the ‘Contest
Website’).
4.2 Fill out the Entry Form by entering your first name, last name, email
address, Postal Code and indicate if you own a Keurig® brewing system.
4.3 Declare that you have read and agreed to the conditions of these Contest
Rules by checking the corresponding box.
4.4 Click on ‘Submit’ to submit your entry. You will then automatically earn one
(1) chance to win the Grand Prize.
EARNING ADDITIONAL CHANCES
5. Each individual entering the Contest (the “Participant”) has the ability to earn
additional chances of winning (“Additional Chances”) by completing certain
actions during the Contest Period. To earn up to a maximum of five (5)
Additional Chances, any Participant may perform the following actions:
5.1 Subscribe to the Keurig® newsletter: Subscribe to the Keurig®
newsletter by clicking the “SUBSCRIBE TO THE KEURIG®
NEWSLETTER” button, found in the subscription form or the “Thank You”
message. You will obtain five (5) Additional Chances (the maximum
allowed for this action) as part of your entry.
LIMITS
6. Participants must comply with the following conditions, failing which they will be
disqualified:
6.1 One (1) entry per email address.
6.2 Use of only one (1) email address when an entrant has more than one.
6.3 In the case that a participant submits more than one (1) participation form,
only the first one is valid.
PRIZES
Grand Prize
7. One (1) grand prize will be won in this draw. The Grand Prize is one (1) travel
voucher worth $6,000, for a total of one (1) winner. The travel voucher shall
consist of a travel gift certificate (the “Certificate”) with Voyages Constellation
Ltee (“Constellation”) in the amount of $6,000 to be used toward the purchase
of any prepaid travel services offered by Constellation towards a trip to Italy,
including airfare and hotels, hereinafter “Bookings.” Said Certificate shall be
valid only for bookings made by May 31st, 2017 regardless of travel dates.
Bookings shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Constellation
and/or the service provider in regards to all claims, changes, or refunds.
Minimum amount of Bookings through Constellation for the trip shall be $5,000
and any amount left over between the booked amount covered by the
Certificate and $6,000 shall be provided to winner in the form of a check from
Constellation. Winner shall be responsible for any and all other expenses that
are incurred by winner in connection with the trip or otherwise. Travel voucher
cannot be used for any other purpose not stated herein, and cannot be
redeemed by winner for cash. |
