NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The ROYALE® Ontario $100,000 Education Funds Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Irving Tissue Corporation ( "Sponsor"). Except with respect to the administration of the donation to the selected school by President's Choice Children's Charity, Loblaws Inc., its parent company or any of its franchisees and/or affiliates (collectively "Loblaw") are not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal resident of Ontario, be located in Canada, have reached the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of entry and participate using only one (1) valid email address. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, officer, director, agent or representative of Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies (including, without limitation, its parent, sister and subsidiary companies), Loblaw, the independent contest organization, advertising and promotional agencies or suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest, or a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee. In these Official Rules, "immediate family" means mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and/or legal or common-law spouse, regardless of where they reside. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot participate.

CONTEST PERIOD: Contest starts at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 29, 2014 and closes at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 2, 2014 (the " Contest Period"). UPCs (see rule 3) must be entered and received by the close of the Contest Period. During the Contest Period a "Day" starts at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). Proof of transmission (post-marks, screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of a submission or of attempted submission of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Contest computers or Sponsor.

HOW TO FIND A UPC: Starting August 29, 2014, to enter, purchase packages of ROYALE® 2 ply double 12 roll bathroom tissue, Mega 9 roll bathroom tissue, Comfort 3 ply 12 roll bathroom tissue, ROYALE® VELOURTM 12 roll bathroom tissue, ROYALE® VELOUR™ 18 roll bathroom tissue, Facial 2 ply 6 Multi Pack, Facial 3 ply 6 Multi Pack, Facial 2 ply 132 sheet single pack, Facial 3 ply 88 sheet single pack, ROYALE® TIGER TOWELTM 6 roll paper towel and ROYALE® TIGER TOWELTM Mega 2 roll paper towel (the "Participating Products") in participating Loblaw, Your Independent Grocer and Zehrs Markets stores ("Loblaw stores") across Ontario and/or request a UPC by mail. Participating Products are available while supplies last and subject to inventory at participating stores.

Without purchase: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To receive a UPC without making a purchase: (i) on a 8" x 11" plain piece of paper, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address and daytime telephone number (with area code), and a description in around 75 words in English about "Why ROYALE is my Preferred Brand"; (ii) include a self-addressed stamped envelope and; (iii) mail both to: "The ROYALE Ontario Contest, Dept 3083, Box 9500 Lakeshore West PO, Oakville, ON, L6K 0G4.
DEADLINES FOR MAIL-IN REQUESTS: Mail-in requests for UPCs must be received no later than Friday, October 17, 2014 to allow for sufficient processing and for the UPC to be mailed back to you. Please allow up to two (2) weeks to receive your UPC from the time you mailed your request. Limit: Mail-in requests must be received in separate envelopes, stamped with sufficient postage. No photocopies or other reproductions will be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: Each unique, participating UPC will provide an entrant with one (1) entry for a chance to be eligible to win an Instant Win Prize and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw. To enter with your UPC, visithttp://RoyalePromotions.ca/EducationFunds ("Contest Website"), select the Contest button and complete the following steps:
1 Enter your UPC, a valid e-mail address, read the Official Rules, tick the box to confirm you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Official Rules and click "Enter";

2 The Contest computers will then verify the UPC upon receipt. If the UPC is valid, you must then complete all mandatory fields within the online entry form (the "Entry Form") with your requested personal information (collectively, "Registrant Information"), and click "Submit". If for any reason you do not receive the Entry Form, please look for an error message within the webpage. Limit: one (1) entry per unique, participating UPC.

3 After clicking "Submit", you will receive one (1) of the following messages:

i. "Congratulations! You are eligible to win an Instant Win Prize of a $XX (CDN) President's Choice® Gift Card subject to winner confirmation. You will be sent an e-mail within the next ten (10) business days with further directions on how to be confirmed a winner of your Instant Win Prize . Please keep your UPC that was just entered! Plus you have received one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw."

See Rule 7ii for Instant Win Prize details and Rule 10, below, for further details on how to be confirmed a winner.

ii. "You received one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw. Sorry, you're not an Instant Winner. Please try again with another UPC. "

ODDS OF RECEIVING A WINNING UPC: There are 180 Instant Win Prizes available with 180 randomly pre-selected Instant Win Prize dates and times throughout the Contest Period. The Instant Win Prize dates and times are randomly pre-selected using time stamp software on the Contest Website. The first entrant who submits an entry at the randomly pre-selected Instant Win Prize date and time will receive the "Congratulations!" message, above (see rule 4(3)(i)). If no entrant submits an entry at the randomly pre-selected Instant Win Prize date and time, then the first entrant to submit an entry after that randomly pre-selected date and time will receive the "Congratulations!" message, above (see rule 4(3)(i)). Odds of qualifying for an Instant Win Prize will depend on the day and time of entry and the number of entries received. Each winning UPC is eligible for one (1) Instant Win Prize, described below in Rule 7ii.
RESTRICTIONS ON CONTEST PARTICIPATION AND ENTERING A UPC . Any person who is found to have entered more than the stated limits or with more than one (1) email address will be disqualified and all his/her entries will be judged null and void and disqualified. UPCs have no cash surrender value and may not be used for any purpose other than as specified in these Official Rules. Individuals who participate in this Contest by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or unauthorized or prohibited means will be disqualified. UPCs and/or entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular, that have been submitted through illicit means, have been incorrectly entered, or do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions set out in these Official Rules will be judged void and disqualified. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered with an invalid email or in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by the Official Rules, the entrant and all of the entries submitted by the entrant will be subject to disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and none will be returned. Sponsor reserves the right, for prize verification purposes (and at any time, whether before or after notification or delivery of any prize), to require entrants to return to Sponsor valid, original, physical UPCs and Sponsor will provide for this purpose a prepaid return envelope. Failure to return valid, original, physical UPCs to Sponsor within the timeframe and in the manner requested by Sponsor may result, at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, in disqualification of the applicable UPC and entrant's disqualification from the Contest. Any prize awarded on the basis of a disqualified UPC and/or to a disqualified entrant is forfeited and may be reclaimed by Sponsor.

PRIZES: A total of 181 prizes are available to be won, consisting of:
i. Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of EITHER of the following, depending on the outcome of the Round 2 Event, described below

a. a $50,000 (CDN) contribution to a PC Financial RESP (or a $50,000 (CDN) deposited into a PC Financial chequing or savings account in the winner's name) and a donation, issued in the form of a cheque from Sponsor through the President's Choice Children's Charity ("PCCC"), to five (5) schools ($10,000 (CDN) per school) within approximately 10-50KM of the winner's local participating Loblaw store. The schools to receive the donation must be part of the PCCC and will be selected by Sponsor and PCCC at their sole and absolute discretion (the "$100,000 Package") OR

b. a $5,000 (CDN) contribution to a PC Financial RESP (or a $5,000 (CDN) deposited into a PC Financial chequing or savings account in the winner's name) and $5,000 (CDN) donation, issued in the form of a cheque from Sponsor through the PCCC, payable to a school within approximately 10-50KM of the winner's local participating Loblaw store. The school to receive the donation must be part of the PCCC and will be selected by Sponsor and PCCC at their sole and absolute discretion (the "$10,000 Package").

The outcome of the selected entrant's participation in Round 2 Event will determine whether the Grand Prize is a. or b. (see rule 8). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is either $100,000 or $10,000, depending on which ROYALE® pack is selected (see rule 8).

ii. Instant Win Prizes: Each entrant receiving a "Congratulations!" message (see rule 4(3)(i)) is eligible for one (1) of 180 Instant Win Prizes available to be won, consisting of one (1) of the following:

Each Gift Card may be used towards a purchase at any Loblaw store across Canada (Wholesale Club; Independent; Atlantic Superstore; Zehrs; Provigo; Superstore; Maxi; NoFrills, SaveEasy; Fortinos, Loblaws, Extra Foods, Dominion, Bloorstreet Market and Valu-Mart). See back of Gift Card for terms and conditions and restrictions. A Gift Card has no cash surrender value and no expiry date. Any unused portion of a Gift Card will remain on the Gift Card until the total value of the Gift Card is used (for example: if a Gift Card is valued at $50 and $20 is used for the first purchase, $30 will remain on the card and so forth until the total value of the Gift Card is used). Instant Win Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution, exchange or assignment. Instant Win Prizes are not transferable, not for resale, not refundable and have no cash surrender value. Instant Win Prizes are provided "as is" without further warranty of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value, without liability. Instant Win Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. Instant Win Prizes may not be awarded if either: (a) UPCs are not entered by the close of the Contest Period; or (b) Instant Win Prize entrants do not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise cannot be confirmed as winners of the Instant Win Prize (see Rule 10). Any un-entered UPCs or unclaimed Instant Win Prizes as of 11:59:59 PM ET on November 2, 2014 will not be awarded. Instant Win Prizes will be couriered or mailed to the address provided on the entry form within thirty (30) days of Instant Winner Confirmation (see Rule 10).

GRAND PRIZE SELECTION PROCESS: The Grand Prize Selection Process is divided into two (2) rounds (each a "Round"):

ROUND 1 : On or about November 3, 2014 at approximately 10:00AM ET in Oakville, Ontario, a random draw (the "Grand Prize Draw") will be conducted from all entries received by the close of the Contest Period. Once confirmed, one (1) selected entrant will advance to Round 2. Odds of being selected in the Grand Prize Draw will depend on the number of entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone within five (5) business days of the Grand Prize Draw and confirmed, as set out below. Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact the selected entrant.

Round 2 Event Confirmation: To advance to the Round 2 Event, described below, within five (5) business days of the Grand Prize Draw, the selected entrant must:

i. correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, to be administered by mail or phone;

ii. confirm compliance with the Official Rules and agree to continue to be bound by them and all decisions of Sponsor and independent contest organization;

iii. acknowledge and agree to travel at his/her own expense to/from a local Loblaw store near his/her residence, as selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, to participate in the Round 2 Event described below, without substitution or transfer, except in Sponsor's sole discretion;

iv. acknowledge and agree to the dates outlined below for the Round 2 Event;

v. execute and return a Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules and Release of Liability / Consent to Publicity Form / Non-Disclosure Agreement (the " Release Form"), in form and content prepared by and satisfactory to Sponsor in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, (a) releasing Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies (including, without limitation, its parent, sister and subsidiary companies), advertising and promotional agencies, Loblaw, the independent contest organization, suppliers of materials related to the Contest and other parties in any way involved in the development or administration of the Contest and all of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability in connection with a prize or any portion thereof or this Contest, and (b) consenting to the use of his/her name, address (city and province) and/or photograph, image, statements made during the Round 2 Event regarding the Contest or Grand Prize and/or voice without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor with respect to the Contest. Proof of identification must be provided upon request, and (c) confirming that the selected entrant will keep the fact that she/he has been selected to advance to the Round 2 Event confidential until such time as Sponsor has made a public announcement regarding the selection, the time and details of which will be provided to the selected entrant.

If the selected entrant, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, cannot be confirmed to advance to the Round 2 Event, then Sponsor may disqualify him/her and seek to confirm an alternate selected entrant to advance to the Round 2 Event. The process will repeat until such time as one (1) selected entrant is confirmed, there are no more eligible entries or November 28, 2014 occurs, whichever comes first. In such a case, neither the selected entrant, nor any other person, shall have any claim against Sponsor in respect of or arising out of the disqualification or any other matter related to the Contest.

ROUND 2: Between December 1, 2014 and December 19, 2014, the selected entrant who was confirmed from Round 1 will advance to the " Round 2 Event" at a local Loblaw store near his/her residence, as selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. At the Round 2 Event, fifty (50) ROYALE® packs, each clearly marked with a sticker and number will be available for the selected entrant to choose from. The selected entrant will select one (1) of these ROYALE® packs and present it to the Round 2 Event host ("Host"). The Host will have fifty (50) tamper proof envelopes ("Envelope"). The Envelopes will be numbered 1-50. The Host will open the numbered envelope that corresponds to the number on the sticker of the selected ROYALE® pack. Forty-nine (49) envelopes will indicate the selected entrant will win the $10,000 Package and one (1) envelope will indicate the selected entrant will win the $100,000 Package. Once the selected entrant advances in the Round 2 Event, odds of winning the $10,000 Package are 49:50 and the odds of winning the $100,000 Package are 1:50. The cash portion of the Grand Prize will be deposited into the winner's PC Financial RESP or his/her PC Financial chequing or savings account within thirty (30) business days of the Round 2 Event. The applicable donation portion of the Grand Prize for the school(s) selected by Sponsor and PCCC will be issued by Sponsor in the form of a cheque made payable to PCCC, and PCCC will present it to the selected school(s) within thirty (30) business days of the Round 2 Event.

CONSEQUENCES OF DISCLOSURE AND NON-ATTENDANCE AT ROUND 2: If the selected entrant discloses the fact that he/she has been selected to or confirmed to advance to the Round 2 Event before Sponsor has made a public announcement, Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may disqualify the selected entrant. If a selected entrant is unable to attend the Round 2 Event, he/she will be disqualified from any chance to win the Grand Prize, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER CONFIRMATION: Entrants eligible to win an Instant Win Prize will be contacted by email within ten (10) business days of receiving the "Congratulations!" Message (see rule 4) so a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question can be administered and a Release Form issued. If an entrant eligible to win an Instant Win Prize (a) cannot be reached within five (5) business days of being contacted, (b) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question; or (c) fails to return the properly executed Release Form within the specified time indicated on the Release Form, then he/she will be disqualified and the Instant Win Prize will go un-awarded. Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact an entrant eligible to win an Instant Win Prize.
GENERAL: By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge and agree that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the independent contest organization and/or Sponsor, which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Contest and the awarding of prizes. Entrants who have not complied with the Official Rules are subject to disqualification. No correspondence will be entered into except with those entrants who are eligible to win an Instant Win Prize and who are selected or confirmed to advance to the Round 2 Event. By entering and/or accepting a prize, each entrant and/or winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province) and/or photograph without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor with respect to the Contest. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The Contest will be run in accordance with these Official Rules at http://RoyalePromotions.ca/EducationFunds which shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Contest-related materials.
UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant if the independent contest organization or Sponsor finds, in its sole and absolute discretion, the entrant to be: (a) violating the Official Rules; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Contest Website; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant, the independent contest organization, Sponsor or Sponsor's representative; or (d) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, for example, by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices. If Sponsor or independent contest organization suspects that an entrant has engaged in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, the entrant will be contacted as soon as practicable. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR APPLICATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO BAN OR DISQUALIFY AN ENTRANT FROM THIS AND FUTURE CONTESTS.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering or completing and returning the Release Form, each entrant: (i) confirms compliance with the Official Rules; (ii) releases the Released Parties from and against all liability in connection with the Contest, the Contest Website, the selection of entrants, the awarding and/or use or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof, or the administration of this Contest, including, as set out below in the LIMITATION OF LIABILITY section.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties accept no responsibility for and each entrant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, liabilities or claims of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with the entrant's participation or attempted participation in the Contest, including, without limitation the distribution of participating Royale® products, UPC entries, the selection and confirmation of the entrant selected to advance to the Round 2 Event, Instant Prize Winner or Grand Prize Winner, the administration of the Contest and the arranging, awarding and use of any prize. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Released Parties will not be responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information; (ii) late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, incomplete, falsified or destroyed UPCs or entries, or UPCs or entries that are altered or otherwise irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, have been incorrectly entered, or do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Official Rules. All such entries are void; (iii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by, or in any way related to an awarded prize or the Contest itself; (iv) any failure of the Contest Website during the Contest Period, including, without limitation, any problems, human or technical, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, technical malfunctions of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including, without limitation, any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material connected to the Contest, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Contest; (v) any errors, omissions, incorrect or inaccurate information in any Contest-related materials, including, without limitation, printing or advertising errors or the failure of or problems with any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest howsoever caused; (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers" or otherwise or (vii) any claims regarding the accepting, arranging, awarding or use of any prize. Entry material that has been tampered with or altered is void. In the event, due to a printing, production or other error, more than the advertised number of prizes is claimed, there will be a random draw conducted amongst all eligible prize claimants on November 03, 2014 at 10:00 AM (ET) in Oakville, ON to award the correct number of Instant Win Prizes after the Contest Period. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded or will Sponsor be responsible or liable for more than the stated number of prizes. Inclusion in such drawing shall be the sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances for any eligible entrant.
DISPUTES REGARDING THE IDENTITY OF AN ENTRANT: In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the name of the authorized account holder does not accord with the full name on the Entry Form, the entry may be judged void and disqualified at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the UPC confirmed as selecting the entrant to advance to the Round 2 Event or eligible winner of an Instant Win Prize.
CHANGES TO CONTEST, RULE, ETC. Sponsor reserves the right, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest or to amend the Official Rules at any time and in any way, without prior individual notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, such as tampering, the Contest does not run as originally planned, Sponsor reserves the right, to cancel the Contest and conduct the random draw from all eligible entries received by the close of the Contest Period. The English version of the Official Rules at www.RoyalePromotions.ca/EducationFunds shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Contest-related materials.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, designs, Contest materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned by either Sponsor and/or their respective affiliates or authorized licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted materials or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
PRIVACY: Sponsor respects your right to privacy. When entering the Contest, you will be asked to provide your full name, complete mailing address and daytime telephone number (including area code) and email address ("entry information"). By entering the Contest and providing your entry information, you consent and agree to Sponsor's collection and use of the entry information to administer this Contest. If you consented at the time of entry, Sponsor may also use your entry information to contact you with information regarding upcoming contests and/or events from Sponsor and your entry information will be handled according to the privacy policy at www.royale.ca. Your consent to Sponsor's use of the entry information may be revoked at any time (without revoking your participation in the Contest or impairing your chances of winning).
