OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest is sponsored and administered by the La Senza Corporation, 1608, boul. St. Regis, Dorval (Quebec) Canada, H9P 1H6, (" La Senza "or" Sponsor ") and takes place from 1 September 2014 at 9:00:01 Eastern Time (" ET ") on September 14, 2014 at 8:59:59 ET (" Contest Period "). The clock used by the Sponsor to calculate the time of receipt of Shareholdings (as such term is defined below) will be the official clock to determine the date and time of receipt of each Participation.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the date of participation. Are not eligible officers, directors, employees, dealers, agents and representatives of La Senza, its parent company and its affiliated or related companies, suppliers related to the competition and the judges, and members of their immediate families (parents brothers and sisters, husbands and wives, and children, regardless of where they live) and individuals who share their home (with or without relation).
To Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Internet access and a valid email account are required. To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period, (1) visit www.lasenza.ca, (2) find the section of the Competition "#UndressAccordingly More than 2,014 Sexy" and complete the entry form, including your contact information, including your email address, and (3) click Submit (each a " Participation "and, collectively," Investments "). All required fields must be completed. Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Contest Period. All entries or suspected to have been submitted by automatic mechanisms will be rejected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. To be eligible, Participations must be received during the Contest Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected to interfere with normal operation and administration of the Contest. Although Internet access and an email account are required to enter the Contest, no purchase is required. Many service providers offer internet access and free email accounts.
Price: There are at total fifteen (15) prizes to be won:
One (1) Grand Prize, one (1) La Senza gift card worth $ 500 (" First Prize "); and
fourteen (14) Daily Prizes, each a La Senza gift card valued at C $ 25 (each a " Daily Prize "and collectively, the" Daily Prizes "). Daily Prize and the Grand Prize will be collectively the " price ".
Total ARV of all prizes: $ 850 CDN [Normal terms and conditions of gift cards will be applied. Selection
(a) Daily Price
Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. From September 2, 2014 until September 15, 2014, every day, at 9 pm ET on Limited Parkway, Columbus, Ohio, 43230, USA, one (1) Entry will be selected at random from among the eligible entries received before to be eligible to win one (1) Secondary Prize. Odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the day in question. The number of price will decrease as the prizes will be awarded.

On September 15, 2014 at 10 am ET to 3 Limited Parkway, Columbus, Ohio, 43230, USA, one (1) potential winner for the Grand Prize will be selected in a random drawing from the Participations eligible entries received during the Contest Period (including Participations winners of the daily price). The odds of being selected as a potential winner of the Grand Prize depend on the total number of valid Participations received during the Contest Period.
Notification and issuing Price: To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must have complied with these regulations. Participants whose participation was randomly selected will be notified by email (to the email address provided at time of participation address) within forty-eight (48) hours of each draw. In the event that for any reason, Sponsor is unable to contact the selected within forty-eight (48) hours person, if the winner does not comply with all regulations or did not respond correctly the skill-testing question (provided below), the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries to identify another potential candidate. Representatives from La Senza will handle delivery prices, or at the local store of the winner or by mail. To claim a prize, potential winners must respond correctly, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question to be asked in store or by phone if the price comes in the mail.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER All Contest entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, its advertising agencies, its owners, partners, retailers, distributors and other stakeholders related to Contest, and each of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, as well as Facebook (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any claims, causes of action or liability, including, but are not limitation, any injury or death, damage or loss of property resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize. Parties identified are not responsible for: (1) the incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants or by a programming error in the Contest; (2) any technical malfunctions of any kind, any particular malfunction, interruption of services or disconnection of Internet networks, telephone lines, computer software or a network equipment; (3) unauthorized human intervention at any stage of the process of participation in the Contest; (4) technical or human error that may have occurred under the administration of the Contest or the processing of Participations; or (5) any damage or injury to a person or property damage resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, implementation or misuse of the Prize. If, for any reason, it is confirmed that the participation of a participant was removed, lost, or destroyed or corrupted by an error, the only solution to which the member is entitled to ask is to obtain, if possible, Another Participation in the Contest. Subject to compliance with these regulations and the nature of the Prize won, each winner will receive the Prize by email at the address provided to Sponsor in Participation. The Sponsor is responsible for any costs incurred by a winner who gets his price.
RESPECT FOR PRIVACY Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide during your participation in the Contest as part of administering the Contest and Awards. Winners approve the use by Sponsor in their name, photo, city, voice, image and / or statement in connection with their prizes and publicity purposes in any manner or on any media, including the Internet, at any time in perpetuity and without compensation. Sponsor may provide an opportunity to receive additional communications on products, contests and other promotions by Sponsor. By entering this Contest, you consent to this collection of information, its use and disclosure.
RIGHT TO MODIFY / PAUSE / CANCEL If for any reason, and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, with the approval of the Régie des alcohols, Racing and Gaming (the "Régie") for residents of Quebec, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, without notice or obligation. Without limiting the generality of the above, if the Contest, or any part thereof, is problematic for any reason or can not be held as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, infection caused a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors or technical failures, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the operation, administration , security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, cancel any and Participation: (a) terminate the Contest, or any portion thereof; (B) modify or suspend the Contest or any portion thereof, to treat the failure and then resume the Contest, or relevant portion, in the way that best suits the spirit of these Official Contest Rules compliant; or (c) award the Prizes from among all eligible entries received in accordance with a process of fair and proper selection.
GENERAL CONDITIONS The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that Contest Sponsor believes or knows to have altered the entry process, the operation of the Contest or the application / platform / Contest web site, anyone who does not follow these rules or acting in a manner contrary to the spirit of the Contest or detrimental to annoy, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR THE PLATFORM APPLICATION OF EVENT (OR ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS . IF AN ATTEMPT TO SUCH A PLACE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO SUCH PERSON TO THE MOST EXTREME MEASURES PERMITTED BY LAW. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Rules is declared invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Regulations shall not be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not included. The paragraph headings are used for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Regulations.
QUEBEC Any dispute regarding the organization or a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to resolve it.
