Contest Rules
1. The “You’re a model mom” Contest is held by Agropur Cooperative (the “Contest Organizers”). The Contest runs on the
Internet from May 5, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. (EDT) to June 15, 2014 at 5 p.m. (EDT) (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
2. The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
Employees, representatives, members and mandatories of the Contest Organizers, of any company, corporation, trust or
other legal entity controlled by or affiliated to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material
and services related to this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father,
mother), their legal or common-law spouse and any individuals with whom such employees, representatives and
mandatories are domiciled, are not eligible.

3. To enter, proceed as follows:
3.1 Go to www.contest.ancocheeses.ca and click on the “Enter” icon then “Play”;
3.2 Answer to the 3 questions appearing on the screen (your answers have no impact on your odds of winning or your
entry being valid);
3.3 Log in using Facebook by clicking on the corresponding icon OR if you do not have a Facebook account, fill out the
electronic entry form (the “Entry Form”) by entering your first name, last name, and e-mail address;
3.4 Declare that you have read and agreed to the Contest Rules by checking the corresponding box and click on
“Submit”;
3.5 A confirmation message will appear and you will automatically obtain one (1) entry in the Contest.
Limits
4. Entrants must respect the following limits otherwise they may be disqualified:
4.1 One (1) entry per person for the Contest Period;
4.2 The use of only one (1) e-mail address when an entrant has more than one;
4.3 The use of multiple Facebook accounts to enter is prohibited.
PRIZE
5. One (1) prize is offered consisting of a travel package for four (4) people, namely two (2) adults and two (2) children, from
August 29 to September 1st, 2014, of a maximum value of CAD$7,000 to Walt Disney World Resort, including:
- Round trip economy airfare from Montreal or Toronto to the airport in Orlando, Florida;
- Ground transportation from the airport of arrival to the hotel;
- 3-night accommodation (quadruple occupancy, standard room) at the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge,
American breakfasts, lunches and dinners included;
- 4 Disney dining plan including: One (1) quick-service meal, one (1) table-service meal, one (1) snack and
one (1) resort-refillable mug per person per day.
- 4 Disney passes with the Park Hopper Option, enabling same-day access to all 4 of the theme parks: Magic
Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot.
6. The following conditions apply to the travel package:
6.1 At least one of the four (4) people taking part in the trip must be over 21 years old;
6.2 The winner and his/her guests must be available from August 29 to September 1st, 2014, otherwise the prize will
be void;
6.3 Unless explicitly included in the description above, all costs, charges or expenses, including without limitation all
transportation to and from the departure airport and the place of residence, pocket money, activities not included,
meals and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) not included, gratuities and taxes not included, insurance,
internet access charge, mini-bar charges, room service, local and long distance telephone calls, security deposit if
required, items of a personal nature and passports and other travel documents, as the case may be, are the sole
responsibility of the winner and/or his/her guests;
6.4 Should the cash value of the package exceed CAD$7,000, the expenses in excess will be at the sole charge of the
winner or his/her guests, including addition fees pertaining to the age of the guests, as the case may be;
6.5 All arrangements regarding the trip must be made by the winner on July 7, 2014 the latest with the travel agency
designated by the Contest Organizers. The winner must provide the travel agency with the name appearing on
his/her passport or other travel document, as well as the name and contact information of the three (3) guests
accompanying him/her. No modification will be accepted once the arrangements are duly completed;
6.6 The winner’s guests must sign the Declaration and Release Form (the “Declaration Form”) provided in compliance
with section 9.2 of these Contest Rules to take part in the trip;
6.7 The winner and his/her guests must travel together;
6.8 If a portion of the trip is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the winner or to his/her guests;
6.9 In the event where the distance between the winner’s or his/her guests’ place of residence and the destination
does not justify air transport, the Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to select an
alternative mode of transportation;
6.10 The approximate value of the packages is notably based on an average value of airfare and accommodation for
two (2) adults and two (2) children, which may vary depending on the departure date and location. The value of
the prize is subject to availability. Only reservation made with the travel agency may guarantee the cash value of
the trip. No compensation will be paid nor can any be claimed to this effect if the prize value is lower. Prices are
subject to change. Reservation does not guarantee that there will be no overcharging with respect to taxes, visa
fees and increase of fuel charges;
6.11 The winner and his/her guests must obtain travel insurance and valid travel document;
6.12 The winner and his/her guests must present passports valid for the length of their stay. Before the departure it is
recommended to check the requirements of the airline company pertaining to the validity of passports as they may
be stricter than the rules of entry of the country visited;
6.13 The travel agency designated by the Contest Organizers may in case of force majeure modify the itinerary,
accommodation, or entirely cancel the trip: in any case, its responsibility will be limited to making equivalent
changes and/or reimbursing the amount corresponding to the cancelled portion of the trip. For greater certainty,
the travel agency acts in the capacity of an agency and may not in any case be held liable for delays, accidents,
strikes, loss of luggage, personal items or money. It may not be held liable for bad weather, closure of facilities or
any other reasons beyond its control that might compromise the normal conduct of the travel.
