FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A WEEKLY PRIZE: A. To enter for a chance of winning a Weekly Prize of “Free Milk for a Year”
consisting of 52 Lactantia PurFiltre free milk coupons, visit the Contest website at www.lactantia.ca/milkforayear (the “Website”). By following the above link during the Contest Period, you will be directed to complete all of the fields in the Contest registration form (for example: name, address, valid email address, PIN code, etc.). Registration in the Contest and entry for the Weekly Prize is complete once a contestant clicks “Submit.” Weekly prizes will be drawn at 10:00am ET each Monday morning during the Contest Period, from all eligible entries received during the respective week. Entries are eligible for the weekly draw during the week the entry is received and will not be carried forward to subsequent weeks.

WEEKLY PRIZE: FREE MILK FOR A YEAR
A. Two (2) Prizes, one (1) for a resident of Ontario and one (1) for a resident of Quebec, will be drawn at random every Monday at 10:00am ET from all eligible online entries received during the preceeding week, throughout the duration of the Contest Period. Each Weekly Prize consists of Fifty-Two (52) coupons for free Lactantia Milk.
B. For the purpose of this Contest, a “Weekly Draw Period” is defined as Monday 10:00a.m. ET through Monday 9:59a.m. (ET). A random draw for each Weekly Prize will be held once per week beginning on Monday April 21, 2014 at 10:00a.m. (ET) in Toronto, ON by an independent contest organization from among all eligible entries received during the Weekly Draw Period, which period ends immediately prior to the draw. Subsequent weekly random draws will take place every Monday at 10:00a.m. (ET) until the Contest Closing Date - Monday July 6, 2014.
The selected contestant will receive an email at the email address submitted during Contest registration, confirming their win within ten (10) business days of the Weekly Prize draw. Each selected contestant must also sign the Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”), and correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question attached to the winning
confirmation email, and return it to the Sponsor. The Weekly Prize must be claimed, and the Release Form returned, within ten (10) business days of receipt of the email confirmation. If a selected contestant does not claim his/her Prize and return his/her Release Form within ten (10) business days, he or she will be considered to have forfeited the Weekly Prize and another contestant will be selected from all remaining eligible entries until such time as contact is made with a selected contestant or there are
no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. Parmalat Canada will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected contestant. No communication will be entered into except with the selected contestant(s).
C. The Weekly Prize winners names may be posted on the Lactantia website and/or Facebook page upon receipt of the signed Release Form by Parmalat Canada.
D. Weekly Prizes will be delivered to the selected entrants by mail within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the respective draw.
