3. PRIZES: There are three thousand one hundred forty nine (3,149) prizes available to be won at the outset of this Contest: two thousand seven hundred (2,700) Instant Win Prizes, four hundred thirty two (432) Daily Prizes, sixteen (16) Weekly Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES: There are two thousand seven hundred (2,700) Instant Win Prizes (The “Instant Win Prize”) available to be won. Each Instant Win Prize will consist of one (1) Google Play™ Store Credit valued at $5.00 CAD.
DAILY PRIZES: There are four hundred thirty two (432) Daily Prizes (The “Daily Prize”) available to be won: one hundred forty four (144) $25.00 CAD Chapters/Indigo Gift Cards, one hundred forty four (144) $25.00 CAD Spafinder Wellness Gift Cards, and one hundred forty four (144) $25.00 CAD Bon Appétit Gift Cards.
WEEKLY PRIZES: There are sixteen (16) Weekly Prizes (the “Weekly Prize”) available to be won: ten (10) Nespresso Pixie Coffee Maker (Approximate Retail Value $200.00 CAD) and six (6) $200.00 CAD Best Buy Gift Cards.
SWAG PRIZES: There are one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) Swag Prizes (The “Swag Prize”) available to be won: two hundred fifty (250) Kit Kat USB Keys (approximate retail value $7.99 CAD), seven hundred (700) Kit Kat Countdown Clocks (approximate retail value $8.95 CAD) and three hundred (300) Kit Kat T-Shirts (approximate retail value $7.20 CAD).
4. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available consisting of the following: Six (6) nights, seven (7) day trip for two (2) to the Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort and Spa, Bora Bora, French Polynesia, including round trip economy airfare, hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy), airport transfers, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily while on the Resort premises, two (2) spa treatments booked through the resort, and four (4) resort activities booked through the resort. All other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to: ground transportation; meals; airport taxes; telephone, fax or cable charges; personal services and expenses such as laundry, valet, room service; gratuities; optional tours; insurance; medical travel documents; and other incidental costs and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partner. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partner are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partner must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Bora Bora, French Polynesia. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partner are responsible for all required medical and travel related necessities (including inoculations if required) and documentation. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partner must travel together. If the Travel Partner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must also sign a Consent and Release form. Grand Prize Winner and Travel Partner must arrange and book travel dates prior to October 31, 2014 for travel before July 31, 2015. Due to the nature of the Grand Prize, no alternative travel dates are available. The Sponsor reserves the right to select airline(s) and accommodation(s) at their sole discretion. The Sponsor and their associates will not be responsible if event cancellations or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Grand Prize or any part of the Grand Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, the Grand Prize winner will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Grand Prize, or any such part of the Grand Prize. The Sponsor and their associates make no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to safety, appearance or performance of any prize or prize activity offered. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $28,000.00 CAD plus applicable taxes based on Toronto departure. The Grand Prize winner will work with the Sponsor or a third party travel agent of the Sponsor’s choice, to schedule the trip. If the total dollar value of the Grand Prize is less than $28,000.00 CAD, the difference will not be refunded to the Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner will forfeit such difference. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partner assume responsibility for any and all damages, losses or injuries of any kind that may arise while traveling. Hotel accommodations subject to availability and air travel scheduling subject to seat availability. Maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is $28,000.00 CAD. Actual retail value will vary based on Departure Point of the Grand Prize winner. |
